Toby lost 15 pounds and dropped a full size! Everyone noticed, and her husband loves it too.


Toby says, "This is the perfect workout! It's aptly named. I'm 53 years old but I don't feel or look like it. I feel like I'm in my 30's! I'm going to continue with it forever." 
"Menopause middle" had crept up on Toby Partridge, and she didn't like it one bit. She wasn't comfortable in her clothes, and didn't like the way she looked. Seeking a good exercise solution that wouldn't take a lot of time, one thing was certain. "I knew I wasn't going to sign up for a gym again," says Toby. "That wasn't going to work." With past exercise classes, she either didn't go or wouldn't push herself. Pilates did work a little because there was a trainer, so working with someone appealed to her. After seeing an ad for The Perfect Workout, she checked it out thoroughly online. The science behind it made perfect sense. Toby says, "Slow-motion strength training works. When you build lean muscle, you burn more calories."
Burn calories indeed. Over the next nine months at the Mission Viejo studio, Toby lost 15 pounds and dropped a clothing size. As a result, she felt a lot more comfortable and confident in her bathing suit last summer. People at work noticed, and complimented her, and her husband appreciated it, too, of course. In addition to the new and improved look, Toby gained strength, stamina, and energy. She figures it will also help her stay more limber and mobile, hopefully warding off osteoporosis, which she's at high risk for.

Toby knew she'd need a personal trainer Mission Viejo to get in great shape once and for all, but she had no idea how big of a difference it would make. As a busy stepmom to four kids, three at home, and with a demanding career as a technical writer, The Perfect Workout has become an integral part of Toby's life. "I'm going to continue with it forever. I don't see any point in stopping. It makes too much sense to continue for my health."
